GTA Property Management offers its all-inclusive services for Homes, Condo’s, Airbnb facilities, Basements, Offices, and any other Commercially Rented Property .  We serve in the following areas; York, Peel, Toronto, Simcoe, Durham, Halton, Hamilton, Essex and Peterborough. Management subscription on a monthly or annual basis is available. Owner occupied properties will cost $1 per square foot annually, and tenant occupied property will equal to one month’s rent.

10% Discount will apply if Landlords pay annually in advance instead of monthly fees. Further 10% Discount applies when multiple properties are subscribed.

In case tenants refuse to pay the monthly rent, our company will guarantee you up to 4 months of your rental income, if you subscribe for a rental protection plan and additional one month rent is paid  in advance to GTA Property Management. Our plan includes free labor and diagnostics for a wide range of services like plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances, Roof, Drywall damage and more. Enjoy annual free inspections, and a free paint job after every five years. Homeowners only pay for materials and parts when needed—no hidden fees, just peace of mind year-round.

For rental property, the tenant will call directly to GTA Property Care Management instead of the owner. GTA Property Care will solve the issue within 24 hours, if it’s an emergency matter. Otherwise, it will be resolved within 72 hours.

GTA Property Care also takes care of situations where the tenant is refusing to pay rent, as we will deal with the Landlord and Tenant Board without extra costs.
